Clients are responsible for providing the information and access necessary for Innovation Creates to perform the requested operational support. You represent that all information provided to us is accurate and that you have the authority to engage us for the specified activities.

3. Payment Terms

Innovation Creates may coordinate vendor and contractor disbursement support using approved payment methods as described in the applicable client service agreement. You agree to fulfill all payment obligations as set forth in the agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Innovation Creates and our clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our engagement. We use standard business controls to protect your business information.

5. Liability Limitation

While we strive for excellence and accuracy in our operational support, Innovation Creates is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided under the applicable engagement.
